• April 23: AGM
  BCSDM had its 15th AGM on 23rd April at PETRONAS Twin Towers. Dato’ Saw Choo Boon was elected as the new President for a two year term. The line up of the EXCO can be found in the Committee page.
  
  
• August 25: Malam Mesra – “HOT OR COLD”
  The Annual Malam Mesra was held at the Prince Hotel Kuala Lumpur on the 25th August 2007. In line with the World Environment Day theme, the theme for the evening was “HOT OR COLD” and prizes were given to the best dressed male and female according to the theme. There was good response from members and it was a night of fun and games.
  
  
• October 22-23: Malaysian Forest Dialogue
  The second Malaysian Forest Dialogue was held at the Renaissance Hotel from 22-23 October 2007. The response was very good with about 130 participants from all over Malaysia. Proceedings from this dialogue will be available soon.
  
  
• October 30: BCSDM & Nestle- Seminar for the food industry
  A Seminar on “ Developing and Implementing Practices on Sustainable Development for the Food Industry” was organized jointly by Nestle and BCSDM on the 30th October 2007 at the PJ Hilton. Response was very good with about 120 Participants.
  
  
• November 16: Prime Ministers Hibiscus Award Presentation
  The Prime Minister’s Hibiscus Award presentation ceremony was held at the Putrajaya Marriot on the 16th November 2007. This Award is co-organised by BCSDM, ENSEARCH, FMM and MICCI. The Guest of Honour was YB Tan Sri Mohammed Yacob
  
  
• November 19: Workshop on “Exploring Business Solutions for Development in Malaysia”
  BCSDM and WBCSD jointly organized a workshop on “Exploring Business Solutions for Development in Malaysia at PETRONAS Twin Towers on 19th November 2007. Ms. Shona Grant from WBCSD did a presentation, which was followed by discussions by the participants.
